Terms & Conditions for Gift Redemption:
‘Timeless Trends, Modern Blessings新潮瑞年’ Chinese New Year Campaign 2025
1. Gift redemption is valid only for purchases made at The Mines Shopping Mall starting from 4th January 2025 till 16th February 2025.
2. Redemptions are only exclusively for The Mines Shopping Mall shoppers only.
3. Shopper(s) must complete the gift redemption at the Level 3 Information Counter on the same date as indicated on the receipt during ‘Timeless Trends, Modern Blessings新潮瑞年’ Chinese New Year Campaign period.
4. Shopper(s) who is unable to comply with No. 2 and 3 will not be entitled for the gift redemption, associated with The Mines Shopping Mall’s ‘Timeless Trends, Modern Blessings新潮瑞年’ Chinese New Year Campaign.
5. Shoppers are compulsory to fulfil the gift redemption criteria as below:
- Spend a minimum of RM 288 & above in a combined of 3-receipt to redeem 1 (ONE) RM20 DEES Cash Voucher.
- Spend a minimum of RM 228 & above in a combined of 2-receipt to redeem 1 (ONE) Prosperity Pouch.
- Spend a minimum of RM 168 & above in a combined of 2-receipt to redeem 1 (ONE) Fortune Wrist Bag.
6. Redemption items are subject to stock availability. No disputes will be entertained if the items have been fully redeemed.
7. Redemptions are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable with other merchandise(s).
8. Redemption is prohibited for receipt pickers. Upon identification, customer service personnel retain the authority to promptly decline receipt pickers.
9. Receipts from at the other promotion spaces, kiosk, and pushcart are not valid for this redemption.
10. The Mines Shopping Mall does not warrant the quality, performance, or fitness for the purpose of any gifts/prizes and shall not be responsible for any consequence including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person and/or damage to property arising from or in connection with the promotion and/or redemption or use of gifts.
11. The Mines Shopping Mall reserves the right to terminate/vary/withdraw/substitute this promotion at any time, without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason.
12. The Mines Shopping Mall shall not be held responsible for the well-being of consumers, should any incident arise upon after redemption such as minor issue etc.
13. While every care has been taken in preparation of the particulars, no representation and responsibility will be accepted for the whole or any part thereof and interested parties are advised to make their own enquiries regarding all aspect.
14. By participating in the Programme, the Member is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and any other instructions that the Organiser and/or its affiliates may issue from time to time.
